Qualifications

• Economic, Management or Metals Background with bachelor or above degree.
• 1-3 years’ sales or international trade experience on business operation and well known export or import policy is a plus.
• English can be as working language ,good negotiation and computer skills.
• Export and import business operation dependently, well control the risk from receiving orders to payment collection.
• Familiar with the basic knowledge of aluminum alloy and metals, connect the requirement from market to production line.
• Excellent ability on market management ,rich experience on oversea market development is a plus.

Job Description

• Market Development
• Collect market information with company export system, dig potential requirement from customer to promote superior product.
• Good sense in marketing. High market sensitivity and control ability.
• Negotiate with customers to get continually orders.
• Familiar with the global market and make seasonal sales plan and yearly forecast.
• Customer Maintenance
• Maintain current existed sales channel to meet customers’ new requirements；
• Visit clients on regular basis and arrange customer to have plant tour
• Cultivate guest loyalty and improve their satisfaction.
• Collect payment after shipment
• Daily Management
• Connect market, arrange production.
• Take care of daily BU affair and participate key decisions.
• Complete the temporary task from line manager and deal with the emergencies.
